The web site was easy to use and the telephone support was friendly and efficient. Delivery was as promised.
I have been burning 'eco' logs of various kinds for several years now and would rate your heatlogs as good as any and better than most that I have tried. Once burning you can shut off the fire draught and they burn for a long time.
Obviously packing the cartons in pairs keeps the cost down but makes them quite a heavy lift when handling the delivery.
