Ordered a changing bag on 15/02/2020 and still hadn’t received it by 23/02/2020 therefore sent Uberkids an email asking where it was. They did not respond until 27/02/2020 informing me that my item was not going to be available for the next 3 months but have taken my money anyway & if I hadnt of emailed would have just left me waiting! We went back & forth with a few emails yesterday & now i’ve asked for a refund they are taking their sweet time replying!
