They double charged my order to my bank card. When told about it they said that there was a pending hold on my account because there is a $0 tip on the order. But I had selected a 25% tip as preempted by their app. Apparently it doesn't register whenever it pre-selects it so they're saying I didn't tip driver but get the driver thank me for the tip. So I don't know what's going on but I am waiting five to 10 days to get the charges they're pending on my account taking off according to them. They are very poor at their customer support. They should just get out of the business. Of delivering food! I feel sorry for the drivers that have to deal with the support along with the remaining customers!
