Uber Eats truly doesn’t care to lose a customer for life, because they have so many of them. Customer Service Reps (overseas) are there to fill the seats and nothing more. There was no resolve of any kind for my issue and they are reading scripts when talking. Never heard an apology either, because it’s not on a script, apparently. This is a HQ level issue and I won’t support any brands owned by Uber.
