3 our of 4 of my orders were not delivered and i had to ring several times before they finally acknowledged that the orders had not been delivered - i spoke to a rude lady called joanne who basically tried to suggest it was all my fault because i hadn't ordered the more expensive delivery service - i asked to speak to her manager as i was getting nowhere with her and she just refused and put the phone down on me. This is a terrible terrible service thanks Raj
