They are good with one major flaw. They make a point of mentioning when a company responds to a negative review within 24 hours but they have told me they are not interested in the content of that response - the one to my review was just poorly worded bot text with a link that didn't work. Logically if the response was literally "we don't care" they would still flag up how responsive they were!
