I had booked a flexible ticket for Bolton three weeks earlier, Suddenly a hospital appointment arrived for my son and I had to cancel the ticket,
But they don't accept the cancellation, even after showing the hospital letter and don't refund my money , I called them but didn’t answer me well
Very poor customer service and their work is like stealing, I paid £72 for a ticket
