Your call handlers are not helpful at all.
E ticket i received for Virgin Atlantic did not mention i had to pre book seats as there are two passengers. Upon speaking to Virgin Atlantic, there were no seats together. I got passed around with no help whatsoever.
My advice is do not use this company at all.
