I am writing this review after 6 weeks of going around in circles with this travel agent, Hopefully we are now getting the refund I have now been promised by an Involuntary cancellation. Samson Samuel one of the customer services personnel I cant thank him anymore as for hopefully putting me in the right direction. Nothing but respect for him as this has been a stressful situation losing out on £1400 that I haven’t got. I hope I get the refund that im entitiled too and carry on using Travelup for my future destinations.
