Very good to book over the phone since online payment sytem was not accepting my card. But after the booking is done they beg you for feedback I got 2emails for comments and 5stars. Then when you email them for anything else no one answer it's been a couple of emails since 1month of booking and no one is getting back after 3weeks verybad customer service at the end!!!!
