They cancelled flights to Dubai for 25th March tried for a refund said we could have credit note no refund, he said they have not had their money back off emirates only credit notes for flights which I find hard to believe ,so where do we go from here ??? the phone number they gave me Is 0208-843-4400 hope anyone who phones has better luck than me .
