I made my booking on line with full information name etc When receiving the confirmation and e-ticket I could not access direct to virgin. I made many calls and all that was said was to cancel my ticket which meant I would lose one third of the price I then called virgin direct, and they told this company it was there error not mine and they should simply correct the name They did do this but charged me a extra £30 and if I didn’t pay then that moment they would change it back. All I can say the upset they caused me was unbelievable. I paid ,but with the intention of warning other people not to use this company. Bastards
