I have stayed at Travelodge before and just as I found on this occasion, the online booking was easy to understand and quick. I have given the experience 4 stars as I was disappointed that I was charged a further £17 on top of my rate for phoning immediately to change my booking by 1 day because I had clicked on the wrong day.
Unfortunately, it was my mistake but since I tried to resolve the issue immediately I was rather disappointed.
