I am happy with the detailed explanation and discussion I had with both Louise and Mandi on a particular sensitive issue. However I did have concerns with the treatment I have had so far as I have had a far more adverse reaction than I anticipated. The fact I have spoken with Louise since has clarified a few concerns I had so in general I am happy with what Transform have done so far.
