Ordered my item weeks ago, estimated dispatch 17th April. Still not dispatched and no communication from company to update me, explain or apologise for delay.
Emailed customer care myself already just to be told item still with production team. No new estimated dispatch nor apology for inconvienence of delay. I wouldn't know anything about my item if it wasn't for me chasing. Very disappointed as this was a birthday present for a front line worker. Will not be shopping with you again!
