No concerns with Tooled-Up - they are fine. I bought a Black & Decker BCBLV36
garden vac from them in December and it is worse than useless. Fine if picking up a few dry leaves from a very dry lawn but show it more than three wet leaves in a row and it holds its hand up and runs home to mummy. Worst problem is trying to clean wet leaves/mulch from the impellor. Impossible to get at without taking the whole thing apart. Just a design fault I think - live and learn!
