No, the true mark of an Online Company is how well they behave and deal with a product they supply that dies after only 3 months. Tooled-Up wash their hands of it entirely, they refuse to repair, replace or refund, contrary to the Consumer Laws of the UK. Amazon get a lot of stick from some, but when a product they supply goes wrong, they sort it. Tooled-Up don’t care, they have your money, and you have your broken item and have to try to deal with it yourself direct with the manufacturer. Totally illegal, but they don’t care.
