I needed a replacement garden saw. I found what looked like a suitable one on your website, ordered it and bought it. It arrived a few days later by post, and I was relieved to discover that it was just what I needed. My only reservations regarding your service are that I would like to have been able to confirm that the saw was what I needed before buying it, and I would like to have known when to expect it before it arrived.
