Currently I am limited user as just joined my current company in August this year.
Points that I like show holiday allowance outstanding as you book holidays. You can also book holidays to avoid conflict with team members. In addition, it sends an email to team members when reminding them when one is on holiday.
There are obviously other positive elements of the system functionality that I have not experienced.
