Site will show items in stock. Once you order, you get an "out of stock" notice. Cancelling is nearly impossible as employees don't answer the customer service line or reply to emails.
When products are in stock, shipping can take a week or longer. I quit ordering from them and went with Famous Smoke Shop. I get much better service there.
