I ordered 3 plants and one came with the plastic pot broken. Can’t think what they been through to make that pot to get broken like that. All 3 plants were squished in a narrow box and because of this the largest plant had all the leaves crumbled and a couple fell down because of the bad packing.
I love my new plants, but the business could improve. There are many shop plants online, I don’t think I’ll buy again from here.
