The reason I have given a 4 rating is that the first time I attempted to place my order (a few days prior to placing this order) the website wouldn't accept that my email address was correct. I spent a very frustrating half hour getting nowhere. A few days later I tried again and it went through immediately and I was very impressed with the speed of delivery.
