I ordered online only for 12 terracotta bull none tiles. The next day I realised I needed 2 double bull nose ones so rang to alter the order if possible but all operators were busy, left a message for call back but in my experience this does not always happen.
Within an hour I was contacted and added the extra tiles I wanted. It’s great to see even a small tile order was regarded as important
