Although the person dealing with the purchase was absolutely lovely and very helpful, as it was a reorder there were a couple of things that made it very difficult. Mainly the batch number, very difficult to find and on one design we had to guess! Also the availability of tiles, I went in the shop on a Tuesday but the tiles will not be here until Monday. That is tricky because by the time you need more tiles, you really want them there and then.
