Seem like a lovely bunch, can imagine they'd be nice to work with with them. Nice personal experience rather than robotic spiels and scripted stuff, drawings on Order Confirmations etc.
Enquired into whether they sold a spare Battery for my GloFX Goggles and they replied super quickly, listed said item and kept me informed.
Will use again.
