Absolute joke. These folks have quite the racket, though. They will sell you your "books" and then if the website messes up, etc. you are out of luck. You can sit on hold for 2 hours, chat with an idiot bot or just get on Amazon and buy the damn book itself. They have the worst customer service and they don't have to care because they know you are required to use their services.
