it is a lovely bed, however all 4 of the threaded bars needed to attach the four top balls on each post were faulty, the threads were not straight and therefore were not fit for purpose. I also had an issue that my mattress was marked due to the protective cover having been ripped (maybe in transit?) and obviously something had therefore marked the mattress. I was able to clean it off. I contacted customer service, about both issues, and was asked for pictures. I only had one picture of the wonky threaded bar, which I sent. That was a month ago now and I have heard nothing. What a shame, because otherwise I am a happy customer, it would of been nice to be sent replacement threaded bars which I am now struggling to find.
