I sent CPC4 for repair and I got a call about the status and i go ahead and let them fix it. and I got it back with in 5 working days fixed. and I am happy.
The reason I gave 4 stars I asked to program it with the vin # which is easy on DDL, they ask me $300 extra charge. local Freightliner shop does it for less price.
In my openion they need to ne fair on the pricing for programing to vin, if costemor pays for CPC repair.
