Friendly unintimidating dealer to visit. I was able to compare equipment at a leisurely pace in very pleasant surroundings. By my calling ahead, Ben had helpfully been able to set up a system I was familiar with so I could evaluate more readily. I enjoyed the sound I was hearing so made a purchase, thank you.
