I purchased an item in Heathrow terminal 2 for my wife which was too big, since we live in the USA I returned the item to Heathrow shopper service who emailed me on the 16th March to say they had received it and would pass it on to Ted Baker to process the 124.18GBP refund. I have emailed Ted baker customer service who said they can not help because it was purchased in the airport but having no look hearing from anyone else. I know with the current situation in there world that things may take longer to process but a courtesy email to say it is in process would be helpful.
