Bought 2 bags from you, both of which were faulty. I asked to return them to get them fixed or have a replacement and you said no. Asked for a refund- no. Asked if I could do anything- no! What’s the point of selling a product on a cruise if you can’t take the faulty item back?!
How are you selling faulty products and getting away with it?? Do you like getting bad reviews from customers? It’s clearly something you are not address. You are such a scam.
