I will never buy another Ted Baker handbag again. Both bags purchased were faulty and customer service said they could do nothing as I purchased the bag on a cruise. Thanks for taking my money! Never again, you are selling faulty products and not looking after your customers. From the previous reviews it’s clear there is something wrong with the manufacturing of your products. Why are you selling faulty products and not allowing us to bring them back to get repaired? Do you enjoy getting bad reviews about your products? You’re a big scam really.
