Placed an order for a dress one month ago, 2 weeks before an event. The dress arrived 3.5 weeks later! No apology whatsoever, no reason why. Costumer service ignored my calls or emails.
In the end I went to a shop to get the dress directly from there and was a terrible fabric, almost transparent which was not specified in the dress description.
Appalling service.
