I am a pretty good customer of Ted Baker Outlet having spent hundreds of dollars
Bought a number of chinos one of which was navy
The pigment of the dye is changing colour to an almost reddish colour
Spoke to the manager who didn’t seem to care and did not even offer for me to bring them in so they could be sent to the factory to have them checked
Exceptionally bad customer service and will not go back ever again
Amazing how they are prepared to lose a customer who spends hundreds of dollars fo the sake of $69.00
Great business attitude!!!!
