I believe in the product. Great construction (thanks to some insights from Appletree I suppose) at a good price point. The service however has been bad so far. Product was supposed to be in stock, then only after asking after a couple of days I found out it wasn't. The promise was it would be ready that week. It wasn't. The promise was the next week, it wasn't again, the promise was the end of the week, it wasn't. It's underway now but only three weeks after ordering it.
