Not only are the products from this company of superb quality, Freja Foods' customer service is astonishingly good. I recently made an order with Freja Foods which failed to be delivered due to a problem with DPD. I contacted the customer service team via email and within minutes (18 to be precise!) a new order had been placed free of charge by the team. It was delivered the next business day. Such a refreshing change in a world of complacency. Bravo gang! Keep it up :-)
