Truly excellent customer service. The glasses I sent in for lens replacement were vintage sunglasses that had belonged to my wife. I had lost a lens, and Tajima Direct made it super easy to obtain two new lens that have extended the life of the glasses. I was able to talk to an actual human being without any problem when I was having a question about completing the online order. Shipping instructions were clear and the glasses were back, like new, in a very reasonable amount of time. Well worth the time/$$.
