Carlos and the team at Tablet2Cases was amazing to deal with. We purchased a bunch of cases for our business. We were shipped the wrong ones and they quickly rectified the situation by refunding us and offering to send us new cases. Sometimes you don't know what kind of service you are going to receive from online stores, but I am very satisfied as to how I was looked after given the circumstances and how responsive they were to fix the issue.
