Ok I did a bad review yesterday because I felt I was getting nowhere with the company. Today the VP of Customer Relations contacted me and offered me not only a refund but also a new case. I will get to try a new case and have a new warranty. This company says they stand by their products and that is 100 % true. Sometimes defects happen and I will send another review after using the new case with back-lit keyboard.
