Communication was poor. I was contacted on the 2nd working day after the order about a 'technical' query that turned out to be a change of colour that needed to be agreed. The contact took the form of a telephone message that was garbled and the phone number left for me to ring was undecipherable. The website didn't have a phone number displayed, so I had to send an email for someone to contact me. All this resulted in a delay of 3 days before my order was dispatched. When I contacted the Sales manager I was just fobbed off with a lame excuse.\nThe product itself was brilliant and worked a treat.
