Why we end up paying 70-100 Rs over any product when Swiggy unable to provide promised service . And this is not first time . 1.1 km away is the restaurant and It showed 24 mins for delivery. It took almost 1 hour and over chat I was put on hold for 25 mins . I think customer care executive don’t value time of customer . Sharing few screenshots and let public decide .
