Aesthetically the socks look good. But they were advertised as "Like walking on clouds"- so I expected a lot of cushioning. There is none. My hidden comforts have easily 3X more cushioning than these socks. They are thin and soft. So, if your shoes are tight I'm sure these would work out great. The tab in the back is also the same thickness as the rest of the sock. I'm used to something that is doubled over so it stays above the shoe. I pulled the sock up very deliberately so it would remain above the shoe. For all the reasons above I give them a 3/5. Not horrible, but not great either. And certainly not "Like walking on clouds" as advertised...
