I purchased a Fossil watch through Superbalist during December. In April the watch started losing time even though it is supposed to be a "kinetic" watch - i.e. no batteries required.
I logged a return which was approved and Superbalist collected the product. It is now more than a month later and I still haven't received a refund. Superbalist claims that they are waiting for a response from the supplier. I don't understand how this is my problem as I dealt with Superbalist and not the supplier.
I don't think that I'm going to get my money back any time soon as their customer complaints division doesn't seem to care.
I will not purchase anything from them again any time soon.
