Had to pay for 8 weeks (which I understand why) 8 weeks had pasted, still no phone! I called up to find out what was going on. Got told I had to pay a further 4 weeks for them to dispatch the phone! I stated that it was ridiculous and that I wanted a refund as paid for a service I couldn’t use and got told no refund could be made!! Bad customer service women on the phone was rude!!
