Hi - I love my watch its good and does what you ask of it, feels great on....your getting very poor for customer service, the buckle on the strap broke and after 3 email and responses from your supplier saying they are busy, I purchased a new strap from your web site and had it shipped from US to UK at a cost of £40 in tax, you keep mailing me from your service@ and I have replied another three times......no response to date.
