I sent an email on 1/11 regarding delivery address and generated no response whatsoever ! pretty annoyed as the website did not specify delivery by courier service only. I had put down delivery to a parcel locker in Australia, which couriers won't have access to hence i sent the email to try to fix it. I can see from tracking history that your courier has been trying to make delivery unsuccessfully ! someone need to call me before the parcel is return to the UK ! thank you
