It's unfortunate that they don't do returns. It's an online goods company that doesn't allow returns. Pretty ridiculous especially that everyone else does it.
Ordered a Nike Dunk Low Jumbo that is too small for me. I did all the research and all review sites mention that they're true to fit but in reality, you should go half size up.
I'm not buying from them again.
