I ordered a sweater which after payment was made was advised that it was actually out of stock. I contacted their customer care dept who were very quick to respond to me apologising for the mix up. I re-ordered as I realised that I had initially ordered the wrong size and fortunately the had my size in stock and had this delivered within 48 hours all the time keeping me updated. Absolutely love the top and will order again. Service was great and would highly recommend this company. 😁
