I bought multi travel insurance yesterday. I did not find it that easy to do online. My bank agreed the transaction but when I went back to complete the screen had gone back to the beginning, so I was not sure whether I had paid or not. I phoned one of your team, who verified that the transaction had not gone through, so had to go through everything again with her. She was extremely helpful and friendly and finally I have my insurance. Thanks to her.
