Absolutely shocking service! I ordered an adult hoodie 2XL and it came and unable to fit even 12 year old child! I thought it was a joke but unfortunately it was not.
The stores do not accept any returns if the purchase was made online! I had to pay £4.99 postage (for a mistake I did not make!!). They sent me a label that I must print out knowing for well I do not have the facilities to do so! Refused to give QR code so I just wasted £4.99 for this nonsense postage as well as the purchase price! Stay away from this company they are robbers!
